What began as a humble tech project soon morphed into a super-powered tool, wielding the strength of hundreds of progressive campaigns and thousands of fiery organizers ready to leave their mark across the country.

A seasoned veteran in the realm of progressive technology, data, and organizing, Nic's experience spans back to 2004. His resume is a roadmap through the campaign and tech landscape; from serving as the Political and Data Director for America Votes Florida to steering the helm as PDI's National Product & Business Development Director. Nic has also been the driving force behind a few innovative start-ups. He's been hands-on in campaigns from the grassroots to the federal level, whether running, consulting, or lending his volunteer support. When he’s not at Votivate he is volunteering as the Campaigns Chair for the Leon County, FL Democratic Party.
Sarah Schieferstein

Before joining the Votivate ranks, Sarah honed her coding chops as a Staff Software Engineer at Ocient, where she specialized in turbocharging database query processing for their Hyperscale Data Warehouse. But it wasn't just her nine-to-five that fueled her passion for tech; Sarah also moonlighted as a volunteer for a progressive political organization in Chicago. It was there she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of tech tools in the realm of civic engagement. Now, at Votivate, Sarah is ecstatic to channel her elite technical skills into a higher cause: powering progressive campaigns and initiatives toward making a real difference. With Sarah on our team, the fusion of technology and activism has never been stronger.
